1. How do I change my shareholder details?

   For name changes, address changes or notification of death of a shareholder please Contact Capita Registrars who will advise you on how to change your shareholder details.

2. What if I have lost or misplaced my share certificates?

   Please Contact Capita Registrars for the procedure to issue you new share certificates

3. How can I check my shareholding and get a current valuation?

   Ultrasis are not able to check shareholdings, please Contact Capita Registrars who will be able to assist you.

4. I have a query regarding my Ultrasis shares, that is not answered here whom should I contact?

   Contact Capita Registrars who will be able to advise you.

5. Where can I find out today's share price for Ultrasis PLC's shares?

   Please refer to the London Stock Exchange website.

6. Do Capita Registrars offer any share dealing services for private individuals?

   Yes, you can access this via the Capita Registrars website or by calling them on 0870 458 4577 (calls cost 10p a minute plus network extras, lines are open 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri).

7. Where can I obtain a copy of Ultrasis PLC's Annual Report and Accounts?

   You will find copies in the Reports and Accounts section of our website. Or contact us to request a printed copy to be sent to you.

   In addition, all shareholders listed on our register of shareholders will be posted a copy of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts as and when it is produced. If you hold your shares in a nominee account, the Annual Report and Accounts will be sent to your nominee account holder, it is then their responsibility to forward this on to you.

8. I reside in the US. How would I go about investing?

   You will need to contact a US broker, who will be able to advise you.

9. I want an update on how business is going whom should I contact?

   The news section of our website is regularly updated with our latest news; we would encourage shareholders to consult this rather than attempting to contact us directly.
