Nigel Brabbins, CEO is elected a Chartered Director by the IoD
Ultrasis is pleased to make it known that Nigel Brabbins has completed the Institute of Directors' Certificate and Diploma courses in Company Direction and following successful examination and professional (peer) review was elevated to Chartered Director status in April 2009 by the Institute of Directors.
The IoD requires that Chartered Directors adhere to the Code of Professional conduct. The Code has been written in order to help directors simultaneously meet high standards of professionalism and ethics and is a means of providing tangible evidence to shareholders of commitment to professionalism and probity. The code lays down strict standards to which the Institute expects its Chartered Directors to adhere.
